The guest did not come (which was certainly fake booking)

the guest did not realized payment and cancelled the booking the day after but now I received comission bill for full accomodation.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Oh by the way, a No Show does not actually indicated a fake booking, thats a myth.

I mean last months I received several bookings exactly the same type. This was also fake booking. But i didnt cancel booking before night ends to prevent commission despite guest did not realize prepayment. But the I received comission bill from booking which is not fare.





Hi yes I understand, its all automated by a system ,so this is to be expected then you just message them and they will adjust it in due time.

I replied and explained about the situation for this comission bill which the guest did not arrived and not paid. I got message that cancel our agreement and put my property to the out of list. I sent several message to ask more detailed explanation. But they are repeat to sent automatic reply. Is there any way to been seriously and get fair reply?

So they are asking full comission which the guest not paid booked my property without payment not arriving. And then I got an unpleasent message that they dismissed me! 

Honestly, this problem occured because of missing system of which allows to have fake reservation with all fake infos (name, address, telephone, payment). And its causing me big risk about to make mistake and then unfair commission bill.

I need a good guidance as a partner!
