Guest has stolen property belongings


My guests have stolen about $700 worth of items from my apartment. I have reported guest misconduct on Pulse App and reported this issue to the local police. Is there a more direct method that I can contact Booking.com? Will I get compensated?




first things first, if not already done open the reservation ,click report guest, fill out , tick the 2 boxes for follow up and blacklist.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’

  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
