GUEST MAde resrvation by mistake
today guest reservate apartman for 7 days.. my reservation was non refondable
but he sent e mesage that he made a msitake and ask to cancel, how i can do that without any commision etc

Hi! Allen and welcome to the Partner Community...
In your reservation tab at the bottom of the page there is a Cancellation button.
Maybe you should call your BDC local office first to reassure you that they will not charge you commission since it is a non refundable reservation...

DO NOT HIT THE CANCELLATION BUTTON.
If you have agreed to give the guest a full refund reassure them of this BUT the guest must cancel with BDC and request a full refund.
BDC will then contact you and ask if you agree to the full refund = "accept cancellation and waive all fees".
This is the way that both guest and host are clear without any payment.
