Guest needs to add more people to booking

My guest originally requested 8 people but there are actually going to be 14.

They say they have made a booking adjustment and are waiting for me to approve it.

However nothing has come through to me and there's no sign of this adjustment in the extranet.

How to deal with this?

We need to adjust this so Booking knows the correct number of guests and calculates the correct (higher) price according to my price settings.

Hi there Seth ,

Hmm, this is going to sound bad but if you handle it correctly then the guest won't take offence. Ask the guest to send you a screenshot of where he requested it through Booking.com. Because sometimes the guests will tell you they did something and won't do it to get out of the extra costs.

Then if the guest can send the screenshot, you forward it to Booking.com and ask them to make the amendment as you have not received any correspondence from the Extranet. You do that via the Extranet ->Inbox -> Booking.com messages.
