Hi You could send a email after the guests book a personal email for example welcoming them to the hotel and make it personal to them. Also you could email them a 3 days before there booking to reconfirm all the things that your hotel can offer. text them in the morning of booking to ask for there ETA so you can keep your Check-in times database updated.
