Guest Payment

I would like to know about the point that guest payment by credit card. Do we need to collect money at our property or not ? or how we can know the payment already accept and paid ?

Hi 

 

When its urgent dont post just message or phone BdC Partner support directly.

 

In general, you simply check their Reservation Details page, the payment status will be displayed.

 

Also you need to know which payment method you have setup if any.

 

If you did not setup any , it defaults to cash or card on arrival.

 

Other options include :

  1. BdC Online Payments**
  2. BdC Payments by Booking****

 

**Its a free service but you need to setup a VCC/CC service with a 3rd party provider.

 

*** Not free but its all done for you, and fee deducted and bank transfer to you.

 

 


Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
