Guest payment local currency amount

Hi, I recently added 2 properties on Room rates are set in dollars however guests see in local currency.

How can I view the local currency equivalent of bookings received, as payment is currently cash on arrival so there's alignment between myself and guest on amount payable on arrival

hmm as far as i know it will always be in the local currency , as priority, but no harm in messaging support to see if any exceptions.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
