We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Guest payments

Hi all

I hope someone will be able to help me.. I'm new to Booking.com and having some doubts about guest payments. Been looking all over to find some information, but without any success.  How does it work with guest payments? So far all my guests has paid to me directly with their credit cards upon check-in. Now I have a guest who says he already paid online. Under my reservations I don't see any information about this. Is there an easy way to see if guests are supposed to pay upon arrival or if they have prepaid (on other booking platforms this information states very clear but not BDC I think)? 

On the reservation page of my guests I'm also unable to see their credit card details. I get this automatic message from BDC "You aren't able to view these credit card details at the moment but we'd like to reassure you that they've been checked. You'll be able to view these details if the guest is a no-show or the reservation is canceled." So for this there isn't really any other option than for me to get the payment upfront during check-in. 

I haven't signed up for any Online Payment or Payment by Booking.com, so it shouldn't be because of that. I've gotten a few reservations and for none of them I'm able to see the credit card details.  Thanks a lot.

The way payments are made are very different for different properties and setup.  You should contact the Help team at booking.com who will be able to help you by looking at the settings you have and the specific booking.
