Guest with booking number *** cancelled due to COVID19. They are not allowed to travel on the dates as booked.

I would like the guest to get a full refund. Right now the guest has only been refunded cleaning costs. We do not want any money from them.

How can we get this done?


Open reservation details, click request to cancel, choose option 2.

Then wait for guest to click confirm

Thats it, BdC will refund them in full if they prepaid BdC.
