Nothing will ever come of it.


If you are using BdC  Online Payments or Payments By Booking, and the guest prepaid on checkout to BdC then you can self service cancel this yourself so long as its not 48 hours to check in.


As you say november 14th tomorrow, you will need to phone bdC Support.
