Guest refund following a cancellation
How long does it take for a guest to be refunded after they make a cancellation?
I received a booking for my cottage yesterday (25.06.18) for mid June and it was subsequently cancelled within the hour. Cancellation fees do not apply and therefore the guest is due a full refund from Booking.com. The guest messaged me this am stating that her statement only shows the outgoing payment, but she hasn't been refunded yet. I would appreciate some advice regarding this in order that I can get back to her.
