Guest refused to pay locksmith service
Guest left the key behind the door of apartment and pulled the door. We could not open the door with key from outside because there was a key other side. We called locksmith to open the door but guest refused to pay service fee. I complained to booking.com to charge to customer but they don't mind about it. I don't have customer's credit card information so I can not do anything. Why booking.com does not take care?
