Guest Requesting Free Refund


We're knew to booking.com and we had a guest cancel last minute and request a free refund. We received a message from booking.com asking would we accept their request or decline and we had 12 hours to decide.

I message the guest stating that I would have to check our refund policy and would get back to them, I didn't click accept or decline. By the time we decided that we were not going to refund the guest, it won't let us click the button decline.

Just wondering has the guest gotten their refund or our we getting the payment. Has this happened to anyone else.




First hearing of a time window, but default should be what ever you have set on policies for the listing, and then the BdC system should only proceed based on that.
