We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Guest stayed three nights booking paid me half night only

Good day,

i have been trying to contact support and invoicing and finance but no rely

my guest stayed for three nights each night for 100 Euros

the invoice says 300 euros

they took their commission funny which is 50.7 euros and paid me only 59.83 euros !!  and i cant get to contact anyone

please help it has been few months now

How have you tried? exactly what did you do?

 

For invoicing by Extranet > Inbox > Booking Messages , click See Contact options, use the drop down menus to select the related finance options and state the bvooking number and then state the issue succintly.

 

It will take time for replies.
