Guest thought they have paid

Hello, i'm having a problem where guest said that they have made prepaid for a room but its actually otherwise. now they have check out of the hotel. how do we charge them?

Hi

 

In this case always print off the reservation page as proof of non payment, and simply show them they didnt.

Best to do this on check in so they cant skip out.

They cant argue with black and white in front of them. Or show it to them on screen.
