Guest walk out

Kindly advise how we can claim funds from a guest who just walked out without any valid reason.

It will depend on your payment process.  If you are a cash or process your own payments then possibly not a lot you can do.

If you use Payments by booking.com then they will still process unless you mark as cancelled
