Guest wants to change Credit card details for payment - how can I help them?

Hello everyone! My guest called me and asked if she could pay by a different credit card to what she currently have registered with Booking.com. I obviously, do not mind but I don't know how to help her with that. Anyone had such situations with customers before?


If BdC allows it and it was not prepaid and just a VCC option then Guest should ask BdC to update the info or pay on arrival by card.


Of course this assumes you have a PoS or virtual terminal to do so.
