Guest was charged twice
I have never taken virtual credit cards before and I have charged the guest when they arrived. So I guess the guest was charged twice.
How do I fix this? and how do I get off the virtual credit card list? We only have 14 rooms and virtual cards are just confusing to us.

Before you do anything about it, please, make sure you really charged twice the guest. And if you still need assistance, please, contact support via your extranet.
