Good morning all partners. Hope everyone is staying safe and well as well as surviving these challenging times.
I wanted to find out if any of you are receiving international bookings where guests book for a reasonably lengthy period but then provide incorrect credit card details? We have had this situation at Newlands Guest House in Cape Town about 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Most of these bookings have originated from a specific country but I guess I had better not say where!
Needless to say, we have marked the credit cards as invalid and the bookings have been cancelled through Booking.com. I just wanted to find out if any of you have had similar problems?
