We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Guests check in

If a guest checks in but leaves before there check out time what are you required to do?

leaving before checkout time. Is that a secret guest? haha

I assume the guest has not paid yet? 'There is no set rule to say that payment has to be done before leaving the property. Do you still have the credit card details? If not paid after early leaving than you mark him or her as a no show. At least you don't pay commission. you still have to clean up his room, Oh dear ~

That is why I always have guests check in and pay. Never any problems. People can leave whenever they want. And not one guest has complained about it either.

I agree guests have to pay once they check the latest. My guests pay on line and BDC takes care of payments. So far have no problems with payments.

Oh.. so sad.. I think you should get the payment in the evening time the day of arrival. Normally i do it. Actually they can check out any time. So we should be responsible ourselves.

So be careful in the future..!!
