Dear Booking.com team,
Yesterday I have reported some guests on booking for their misconduct. More specifically, they have broken all the property rules, they have damaged our property, the system of the air conditioning, the sheets and the pillows were dirty with beers and blood everyday, they were drunk all day and we had many complaints from the neighbours. They were aware of the situation as we informed them and that we’ll request for a compensation of their damages but their didn’t take any responsibility. They were three boys from Sweden and we have their contact details. Today they gave as a review of 1. All of our reviews are 10 and we are very disappointed with the situation and we’ll need some help.
