Has anyone been overcharged when the guest has cancelled the booking but booking.com still take commission

After noticing a invoice for a property that we no longer have ive decided to audit the last years invoices from Booking.com and notices that when guests have cancelled after booking within a few days without us taking payment  that we have been charged commissions. To date the last 12 months we have noticed over 1200 euros worth of charges. Does anyone else have this issue and ive composed messages on the extranet but never answered !

Never had such issue , must be some mistake - contact booking.com , they will solvethis problem
