We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Have’nt received payout fromm booking since open account

Dear booking,

I am very frustated that my payout is still not yet received by booking.com

I have put the bank account number i  the system but still yet to received since sept20 till now

Is there any problem to my account? please let me know

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.

 

You will need to directly contact BdC Support, see guide link below.

 

Are you actually signed up for Payments By Booking (PbB)? If yes what payout frequency did you set ?

Have you actually looked at the finance menu to see the reservations versus invoices to see what is actually due , if anything.

 

Note it always based on a period and the checkout dates that occur with in that period.
