I have rented out our Property for the 1st time, we have no idea how to get paid for this, the booking,com account shows we have about 4 seperate virtual payments owing to me £840, there is no way of talking to BK.com on ther phone and my 3 emails to them have been ignored ?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I tried but wasn’t able to get the money , I called Booking.com and the support said all I have to do is transfer the £1700 from the virtual card to my bank account (this is the bit I can’t work out how to do?) I asked how you do that and the chap suggested I post here?

im no further forward so I’m going to block the diary as full so we can’t take Any more bookings ....& fingers crossed try and get the money from booking.com in the future.  help

    1. ah ok that was not very clear above. so VCC on the reservation details are hidden until 1 day after stay arrival date. you must get a 3rd party payment service in order to charge VCC/CC.  
    2. BdC will assume you know to get a 3rd party service for payments.  
    3. Google payment gateway providers for your country/region.
      1. e.g. Square, iZettle; sumup, payrexx etc
