has anyone else had problems with getting payment from Booking.com. I have phoned
them emailed them and have had no response. I am on another platform and am thinking of cancelling all future bookings with booking.com . Any advise would be gratefully received.

That sounds very odd , you cant get though at all, what country are you in?
Even messages are responded to quickly I find, even if it is 2 days. As for phone to support team usually on 2nd or 3rd attempt I get into a queue if not directly to someone.
Any chance you could finish your partner profile to include your listing URL, would be appreciated, thanks.

My Booking,com payments are deposited in my USA bank account within 48 hours after our guests check-out.

You are very lucky...My Booking.com payments are deposited in my account usually 10 days after guests check-out...

These are my booking platform payment bank-deposit schedules, after guests depart:
Booking,com and Airbnb payments are automatic. I must send Expedia a payment-request invoice after each guest leaves
I think it's that fast due to being a VCC and not ePay from OTA

Booking.com payments are 4 times a month.
Airbnb 2 days after guest check-out.

Payments thru Booking.com, if direct deposit has been applied to your account should result in payouts provided and set to your bank for processing no later than two days into or after reservation dates.
