HELP! ALOFT CINCINNATI WEST CHESTER

GOOD AFTERNOON,

 

WE ARE A NEW HOTEL AND WE HAVE SEVERAL CHARGES THRU YOUR WEBSITE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO COLLECT.  WE ARE UNSURE IF WE HAVE BEEN SET UP AS ONE OF YOUR PROPERTIES AND I AM LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE.

I do not have the Partner Number or Hotel ID to resolve some past guest issues.  Any help you give would be great.
