We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



#help for hosts

Airbnb have  set aside $250 million USD (~£200 million) for hosts affected by cancellations plus and additional $10 for super hosts.  The fund was generated by airbnb employees and the CEO. Given that Booking.com's commission is significantly higher are you setting up a similar fund? We've gone from being a thriving business to empty overnight.

You have posted this on the partner forum.  There have been other comments regarding this payment.  Haven't seen anything from booking.com.  If you want to email them use the Inbox icon on Extranet.

B.C.'s only assistance to date is not to reimburse bookings made from 6th April onwards. Do you think we'll have any bookings coming up?

That's a load of crap.
