Help with a refund

I would like to issue a refund for 1 night as the guest experienced some discomfort at my property and decided to leave a day early. How can I do it?

You may still have his reservation details and email. Ask the guest how he or she wants to have this done.

i think that is the quickest way.

You can ask your guest to cancel the other night booked. I am not sure on this one, if some of the other forum members would like to jump in that would be great.
