Hi, Booking.com take the booking fees directly from my customers. According to the Finance tab I should've received a payout on the 16th September for Augusts bookings. No monies reflected in my account. I have checked my banking details etc. Some advice.
According to the Finance page, the payment was to have been made on the 16 September. I am new to Booking.com and find navigation around the platform very frustrating. Where will I see if payment is actually made? And if not where I can I contact somebody on Booking.com.
