Hi, I need to cancel a guest reservation however it’s says that it’s not possible to send a cancelation request in less then 48 hours before guest check in. What can I do?

I tried to call your customer service in ‭

+44 20 3320 2609‬ but they are keep asking for PIN number & I don’t understand what is it?  for sure it’s not property number, I’ve tried all options with no success.  please guide me how can I cancel this reservation ASAP.  Thx,

Hi Kfir,

Thank you for your message. As the booking is close to the check in date, cancellation requests may need to be done via telephone. You should not have to provide a PIN as that is only for guests. It seems you may be calling the phone number for guest. In your Booking.com extranet go to the Inbox Tab > Booking.com Messages > Contact Us. You will find the best phone number for assistance in your country, here.
