Hi, My name is Natalie and i am the new manager at the Queenslander Motel. I just tried to charge a virtual credit and it declined could you tell me why this has happened please. Booking no. is *** and the amount is for $213.82. thanking you.

The ladys name is *** and she stayed with us on Saturday 21/11/2020. i tried doing the virtual credit card payment today as per instructed and the payment of $213.82 DECLINED. Im unsure what to do next. thankyou
