How to automatically accept/deny new reservations on a given date

Hello everyone,

I need to be able to deny reservations. I use other channels to get traffic for the same property, but because those reservations are not being made via booking, then every person using this platform will see a particular date as "free", will make a reservation and booking will automatically confirm it. Which I think makes no sense.

I should be able to deny it if I already got a confirmation from another source lets say 5 minutes ago.


Is there a way to achieve this? I'd appreciate a lot your guidance.





Thats not a thing , but you also do that when you manage your availability calendar.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
