How can i contact the guest?

Hi, today i have a reservation for mr. *** ***. I contacted him on his mobile and i wrote him a message to know what time he'll arrive. But his mobile Is switch off. How can i contact him and show him check in way?



Really frustrating when guests don't respond and you need to get in touch with them.  unfortunately lots of guests may not have setup of their mobile if in a foreign country.  Can you leave a note on the door with your number so that they can contact you when they arrive?
