We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

how can i get the cash from my virtual cards.

Hi I see that I have the virtual card. I zould like to get that in cash.

Not sure you understand what a VCC is.

One has nothing to do with the other.

 

Are you asking how to switch to Payment on Arrival for bookings?

 

Normally to me, its on arrival by default unless you ask for or sign up for BdC Online Payments or Payments by Booking.

 

So if you are seeing under the new bookings details' page a VCC.

1. This is not active until day after check -in.

2.You would need to phone BdC Support to switch back to pay on arrival, then notify Guests in message templates about how and when to pay.
