How to cancel activation of payment service?

I want to cancel activation of payment service via Booking.com?

Do you want to delete your account totally?

Go to the extranet of the BDC website.

Go to Inbox and go to messages (you will see when you click on Inbox)

you can write your message there. Tell them your unit or hotel number and your complete name . They should come back to you and tell you what to do.

Your answer was misleading. It's just not want use booking.com online payment option. We experience that using this service booking.com paid us more than 2 weeks-1 month after the guest check out.
