How to charge on cancellation fees?

How can I know the guest's credit card is invalid and how can I collect the cancellation fees? Is the property to charge on the guest by itself? I hope someone can explain me. Thank you! 





By default setup, there is only collect on guest check-in date arrival.


So if you have not applied for BdC Online Payments, nor Payments by BdC, and the guest never turns up , then you will NOT get anything.


To add cleaning fee to the checkout by guest, go to Extranet > Property > Policies > Additional Fees. Set amount per Stay.

Also enable rates to be prepaid once you apply for Online Payments / Payments by BdC. or if you have an ePOS .
