how to contact BDC

I am beyond frustrated. They changed my password without my consent and have sent re-link to an old email to which i have no access.

When you try and phone it asks for a pin, which i don't have. There is no way to get through to them AT ALL ...phone numbers are pointless as you can't get past the gatekeeper unless you provide  a pin...I can't access my pin without accessing my platform..oh yes, and I cant access my platform without being able to sign in, which i cant do because THEY have changed my password and sent a re-link to am old email address, despite me changing my emaul address on their portal 6 months ago.

Live chat doesn't work as you have to choose a prescribed option...and when you just choose a random one..guess what..you have to provide a PIN. I am seriously losing the will to live.

All i want is to speak to a HUMAN BEING to explain my issue so that they can quickly sort it, so that they can continue getting commissions on my many bookings.  

I have new bookings but cant access them,

I am DESPERATE for help

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
