how do I cash in a credit note when Booking.com take the payments
Booking.com incorrectly charged me commission on a cancelled booking where I did not receive any payment. They have now issued me with a credit note. However, I do not take the payment from the guest - booking.com pay me after each guest has stayed after deducting their commission. I therefore never pay booking.com so a credit note is no use to me. I have asked the question to them but just get the standard replies. Please can anyone tell me how I can actually get hold of this money? Thanks.
THis has not been the case since end of march.
I too am the same as you but since then we all started getting invoices to pay and the nthey would pay out.
I ignored it at first thinking it was a mistake, then i paid the first invoice and then i got a pay out.
For june , in july i too got a credit adjustment, and today was deadline for june invoices, which i paid.
So what i'm saying is you likely have several 2-3 invoices not yet paid for if you had checkouts in the period march 17th and today.
Kind Regards
I don't think that is the case for me. I have definitely been paid net of commission for all the June bookings except for the commission they should not have taken.
I feel that they really should credit my account as it was taken by them in error and I have no idea how to convert the credit note into cash.
