How do I change the rate after a booking has already been made?

I have a reservation that was made at our off-peak rate, before I was able to change it to our peak season rate. I have contacted the guest who is ok with the price change, however I am unsure how to change it. I have changed it in my calendar, however under the guests reservation details, the total price is unchanged. The "Change reservation dates & prices" button is greyed out and I cannot click it. Can someone advise on how to ensure the price has been changed?

Hi Sophie-liu and welcome to the forum. In your extranet find your Reservations tab. Click to find the reservation you want to make changes and scroll down almost to the bottom and you will find Change Reservation dates and prices. There you can make your changes.
