How do I charge a customer more for bringing more guests?

 

A customer has messaged asking to add 2 more people to the booking.  I responded with the extra cost in the box provided, but this has not changed the amount due.

 

How do I change the amount due from the customer?

You can contact Booking.com customer service team to change rate for you but you have to pay commission for that as well.

My suggest is ask them to pay extra amount at hotel directly, no need to revise booking confirmation and save commission fee for you.
