How do I charge customers from their credit card, if they cancel?


I am not able to charge a specific percentage of their total booking amount, if they cancel within a period.

Can someone please help me out with this?






So this very much depends on who is collecting payment and is it prepaid.


Are you using Payments By BdC?

Do you have a Virtual Terminal with a POS service such as ,


have a look at Policies, cancellation policies, <policy> then on right pane click the options to see how to auto charge  a %..based on time before check in date etc.
