How do I process a refund?

Hello, 

A guest requested a refund for a last minute cancellation and I have agreed to give them a full refund. I got an email from customer.service@booking.com requesting that I accept this refund request. 

However the link on the email only brings me to the booking.com website. Can someone please tell me how I can process a refund? I cannot find any option to do this.
