How to do a special offer... after a reservation

Hello !

I need some help. A guest booked a reservation. When he arrived, my home wasn't totally cleaned because the last guest didn't clean up all the home as agreed...

So, I want to make a gesture of goodwill and make a promotion to the last guest. How can I do that with ?

If you go into the Reservation there is a 'Change reservation dates and prices' button.  If he has already arrived you may not be able to change it there, in which case contact help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

Any such offer has to be direct, email, sms, etc and only redeemable with you directly as there is no such mechanic via BdC Extranet.
