How to do a special offer... after a reservation

I need some help. A guest booked a reservation. When he arrived, my home wasn't totally cleaned because the last guest didn't clean up all the home as agreed...

So, I want to make a gesture of goodwill and make a promotion to the last guest. How can I do that with Booking.com ?

Any such offer has to be direct, email, sms, etc and only redeemable with you directly as there is no such mechanic via BdC Extranet.
