How do we receive no show charges?

We have guests who book many rooms and just no show, due to which we lose lot of room nights.

I press the no show button, but I want to know how we receive that amount. Normally our guests pay on arrival.

Same on non refundable bookings. How we receive the amount if guests decide to not come on a non refundable booking?




We have had this on occasions and use the card details held on booking.com and take the payment via our worldpay terminal as customer not present for no shows.
