How to get a guest out of your property.

Hi all! I had a last minute booking yesterday. Check out is 10am and she asked if she can stay for another night, assuring me she will pay soon. It is now 3pm and I have still not received payment and she will not leave. I don't know what to do. Booking.com have sent her an email about booking for the night but it seems to be in her hands not mine. If she doesn't book, how do I get her out?

  1. Extensions should be prepaid in cash or a digital method as soon as 10 am comes for checkout.  
  2. Do not entertain - ' oh i will pay you later'  
  3. At that point they are told leave the room and leave their luggage at reception , until they go get funds or make card payment etc.  
  4. They loose their right to the room at 10am regardless.
  5. As a tactic send in the cleaners with their key and they can disturb her enough to pack and get out, lol, be creative with it.
