We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

how to I charge a late check out fee the the booking has agreed to?

Have a guest wanting early and late check out and have agreed to pay additional fee how do i add this onto their booking

Welcome to the Partner Only  Forum, addressing only us not BdC support team.

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.

 

You cant as if it is not on the additional fees for them to pick on checkout when booking.

You would have to bill them directly. 

 

Something like send  by message a payment link or online payment invoice to pay, e.g. paypal.

Or if you can meet them for check -in to pay direct.

You could try phone BdC Support and see if they can add it, but its doubtful.
