Many come on here posting , and thinking what they post, and requires action, either in extranet or on backend with BdC, will then be :


  • Seen
  • Actioned
  • Resolved


Without actually contacting the BdC support team.


This is not and has never been the case.


The purpose of my template is to

  1. get you to the answers and team you need quicker , so that you dont just drop and go, and then waiting to hear from someone that is never going to phone or message you back.  
  2. Post on here will never be seen by BdC Finance nor Support teams.  
  3. Common missing info form profile can in some cases actually help us help you. Add listing link. now we know what country etc  
  4. Many struggle with simple thing like how to find their Dedicate Partner Support team phone number


So however you managed to misread that , I'm confused as to how that is possible.
