How to inform Booking.com that a booker was no show?
I keep getting "booking notifications" and later followed by "Commission invoices" from Booking.com. However none of the bookers have showed up to actually stay at my property. Hence I haven't earned anything worth of paying commission to Booking.com
Sadly Booking.com is hiding behind systemized "Dispute" mechanism (which doesn't work), FAQs and this "Partners Forum".
How do I contact directly the Finance dept of Booking.com to tell them that their bookers were no shows, and hence they should delete their commission invoices from my account?
Booking.com should have an email ticketing/support system like most other online platforms for one-on-one support with their stakeholders (bookers and us, hosts).
