How to inform Booking.com that a booker was no show?

I keep getting "booking notifications" and later followed by "Commission invoices" from Booking.com. However none of the bookers have showed up to actually stay at my property. Hence I haven't earned anything worth of paying commission to Booking.com

Sadly Booking.com is hiding behind systemized "Dispute" mechanism (which doesn't work), FAQs and this "Partners Forum".

How do I contact directly the Finance dept of Booking.com to tell them that their bookers were no shows, and hence they should delete their commission invoices from my account?

Booking.com should have an email ticketing/support system like most other online platforms for one-on-one support with their stakeholders (bookers and us, hosts).

Dear Fred,

Let me summarize all of this for you:

1. You need to mark bookings as "No show" in the booking itself on the Extranet

2. You can message BDC in the Extranet at Inbox tab, this is the ticketing/support system

3. You need to set up cancellation policies and you need to start charging guests for no shows. We had this issue just until we changed the policies, then miraculously all no shows disappeared

Anyhow, my explanation above works for your case, mark it as a no show, simple and efficient.

I am new at this and i get a bill for a No Show and i called and said it was a no show and booking.com still billed me ?? so what do i do , I had so far in 3 months 12 NO SHOW

This is, Kamlahiya Home Stay Khiuri.

We had check in on 28.04.2018 with ref nos . Total commission works out as Rs 450/- only. Invoice amount is very high. Plz look into it, Rs 450/- ll b deposited soon. It is very difficult to contact u. Can't fwd msg imdtly & landline number remains busy all the time. So plz simplify it.

Secondly, our property Kamlahiya Home Stay Khiuri is not in Chachyot. It is near Baggi or it can b near Nerchowk. Plz change the calling name otherwise we ll not get the bookings.
