How to know if a guest has paid
Hi.
I'm new to Booking.com and I did find an article describing what to see if a guest has paid before arrival. I can't find this again but most of what was described didn't agree with what I see. For example the 'Status' field on the reservation is 'OK' but believe the article said it should be 'paid online'.
In the Reservation details window, under Payment I do see 'Received', so does this indicate they have paid the full amount?

Click their reservation to open the details.
Then somewhere in the top of it are fields, there is one for payments
So depending on what you setup for payment handling, a status will be visible.

Hello, I am having the same issue I am new here but I am unable to still find out if the guest has paid the status says "OK" instead of "Paid Online" I will appreciate any guidance on trying to fix this issue before guest arrives. Thanks in advance!!!
