How much I get for the payout actually?

I am a new host, i did put my price per night in the Pulse app, but i havent received any payout yet. Do i exactly get the payment that i have fixed in the app or are there any additional charges? Do guests seen in their app, the charge have been marked up by to include your commission? Can i have a clearity on this. Thank you

  1. Payments - FAQs and all you need to know  
  2. Calculating Payouts & Rate Plans. This is not something BdC provide. They only tell you the general info of how it works.  i.e. [Rate Plan * Nights, + Additional Fees , +GST/VAT ]  [Apply commission % to that total] [Balance left over is than charged a Payment Gateway Fee** %]  


** Only if using Payments by Booking. VCC and Direct Pay by Guest are exempt.


Its important to understand this so you do not end up with a lot less than expected. It has happened to many a new Partner.


So as long as you can quickly learn the basic in Partner Help, and adapt your setup, you can minimise the impact. 


!! You cannot change a booking price after it is booked no matter how low you think it is.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
