How much I get for the payout actually?
I am a new host, i did put my price per night in the Pulse app, but i havent received any payout yet. Do i exactly get the payment that i have fixed in the app or are there any additional charges? Do guests seen in their app, the charge have been marked up by Booking.com to include your commission? Can i have a clearity on this. Thank you

** Only if using Payments by Booking. VCC and Direct Pay by Guest are exempt.
Its important to understand this so you do not end up with a lot less than expected. It has happened to many a new Partner.
So as long as you can quickly learn the basic in Partner Help, and adapt your setup, you can minimise the impact.
!! You cannot change a booking price after it is booked no matter how low you think it is.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
